These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sakyant Ink website and the purchase of any products, bookings or experiences offered by Sakyant Ink, a division of Caruso Consulting Co., Ltd. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Definitions
"We", "us" and "our" refer to Sakyant Ink. "You" and "your" refer to the website visitor or customer. "Services" refers to the products, bookings and experiences we offer, including our guided Sak Yant tattoo experiences in Thailand.
Use of the Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos and images—is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
Purchase & Booking Terms
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or book our experiences. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and start from $299 for our guided experience. The price and any applicable shipping, taxes or duties are shown clearly before you complete your purchase. Payment is taken securely through our third-party payment providers, and your order or booking is confirmed once payment is received and we send you a confirmation.
Confirmation
A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of an error, suspected fraud, or unavailability, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.
The Nature of Our Experience
Our Sak Yant experiences are rooted in genuine Thai cultural and spiritual tradition. References to protection, luck, fortune or other blessings describe long-standing traditional beliefs associated with these tattoos and are not guarantees of any specific outcome or result. A Sak Yant is a permanent tattoo applied by a master monk; you should be certain before proceeding.
Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility
Tattooing carries inherent risks. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies or concerns, and for following aftercare guidance. By choosing to receive a tattoo you accept these risks. If you have any health concerns, please consult a medical professional beforehand.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakyant Ink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sakyant Ink and its officers and employees from any claims or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.
